Refund policy

30-Day Returns Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day returns policy for unused and unopened products. However, special order and made-to-order products cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Products must be unused and undamaged.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

  • Custom, special order, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Restocking Fee:
For returns due to change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking the item.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Once the returned item is processed, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
